Welcome to AZTECS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our websites, www.aztecs.academy (the “Academy”) and www.aztecs.biz (the “Corporate Site”). By accessing our websites or booking a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Provisions
The websites are owned and operated by AZTECS.
- www.aztecs.academy serves as the primary portal for digital course programs and educational content.
- www.aztecs.biz serves as the official corporate platform for company information and business services.
2. Enrollment and Account Responsibility
- Eligibility: By enrolling in a course, you represent that you are providing accurate and complete information.
- Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payment and Booking
- All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- The booking interface on aztecs.academy is a final transaction platform and does not natively support automated cancellations or self-service refunds.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your use of our services is subject to our specific Refund and Return Policy, which includes (but is not limited to) the following:
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to ashraf.ceo@aztecs.biz at least 2 days before the scheduled course date.
- No refund or cancellation requests will be entertained after the booked course date.
- Refunds are processed only via Bank-to-Bank Fund Transfer to a provided bank account or bKash number.
- No refunds will be issued to credit/debit cards or other MFS/Wallets.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided on aztecs.academy and aztecs.biz, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and software, is the property of AZTECS and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or sell any course content without express written consent from the authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
- AZTECS provides digital courses “as is” and does not guarantee specific employment outcomes or professional certifications unless explicitly stated in the course description.
- The authorities shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising after the booked/scheduled course date has passed.
- We are not responsible for technical issues arising from the user’s internet connection or hardware.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during live sessions or within community forums. AZTECS reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without a refund if they engage in:
- Harassment or discriminatory behavior.
- Spamming or distributing malicious software.
- Plagiarism or sharing of proprietary course materials.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AZTECS operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
9. Modifications to Terms
AZTECS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the websites following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Refund & Return General Policy
Standard bookings made through the aztecs.academy checkout page are final. The system does not automatically allow participants to cancel their bookings or receive partial or full refunds once the transaction is complete.
11. Requesting a Cancellation
If you require a cancellation and wish to request a refund, you must follow the formal request process:

- Timeline: Your email must be received at least 2 days (48 hours) before the booked/scheduled date of the course program.

- Required Information: Please include your booking reference, full name, and your preferred Bank Account Number with Bank Details (Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Title, Account Number and Routing Number) or bKash number for the disbursement of funds.
12. Strict Deadlines & Liability
No refund and or cancellation email will be entertained after the booked course date. The authorities of AZTECS (www.aztecs.biz) will not be liable for any claims, disputes, or refund requests made on or after the booked/scheduled course date. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure any cancellation requests are submitted within the required timeframe.
13. Approval and Processing
The management reserves the right to review and approve or deny cancellation requests.

- Discretion: The authorities reserve the right to cancel the booking upon receiving and verifying your email request.

- Timeline: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued strictly via Bank-to-Bank Fund Transfer.
Important Note on Payment Methods:
Please be advised that we do not provide refunds back to credit cards, debit cards, or any other MFS/Wallet. All refunds are settled through direct bank transfers to the participant’s mentioned bank account or bKash number.
